My Golden Rules

In the world of Rust, maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment is crucial for the success and longevity the server. UK Rust has established a set of "Golden Rules" aimed at ensuring an even playing field and a positive experience for all players.

The rules are simple and emphasize fair play:

Fair Play is Paramount: The use of cheats, scripts, or exploiting glitches is strictly prohibited. Such actions undermine the integrity of the game and will be swiftly dealt with by the server admin.

Maintain Respectful Communication: Players are encouraged to engage in healthy banter, but trolling, spamming, or harassing others in chat is not tolerated. Respectful communication is key to a thriving community, additionally in the interest of fostering good relations please keep global chat to English.

Group Limit Enforcement: To prevent any single group from dominating the server, a strict group limit of three players is enforced. This includes any alliances formed, allies may not roam, raid or defend raids for allies, in addition you cannot have more than your 3 team members authorised on any code locks, Tool Cupboards and Auto Turrets.

Griefing: Raiding is part of the game and is permitted online and offline, griefing however is just not necessary and displays poor character, this is not permitted.

To be clear Griefing is the intentional mutilation or alteration of a RUST base to prohibit the original owner from accessing any portion therein. This practice includes adding external TCs to hinder base expansion or the placement of foundations or entities within the base itself to halt entry.

Account Restrictions: Players with a history of bans, specifically those with one or more VAC /Game Bans, or bans less than 100 days old, are not permitted on the server. Additionally we require all player accounts to be set to "public" this is is a necessary step to enhance the overall health of the server. We hope that players will appreciate our efforts to create a safer and more transparent gaming environment.

Reporting Mechanisms: Players are provided with a reporting system, In addition to the f7 Report Function which sends reports directly to facepunch they also get copied into a log for Admin to see, Additionally players can use the support channel in discord to report any issues they have direct to Admin, simply select the "open-ticket" channel then click on the green "Open ticket" button, this will create your ticket in the support category, click on it and file your report, you can also add clips and screenshots to your ticket here.
